Are there different delivery options?


We are currently using Royal Mail, Track & Signed for all deliveries, for which the cost will be added to your order. You can refer to Store Policy / Delivery for more details. If you would like to arrange a different shipment option, please contact us before placing an order so we can check the cost for you, as it may vary depending on the country you are in.




Why my discount code is not working?


If your discount code is not working, please make sure: 1. Code is added exactly as advertised (codes are case and character sensitive) 2. Code has not expired or has already been used If you are still facing issues please contact us via email: info@jeranaturals.co.uk and we will take care of it for you.




Are the products suitable for vegans?


Our aim is to provide natural skincare products, however some of them may not be suitable for vegans. Please check the 'Product Info' before purchasing.
